Love Win-San! Great accommodations right on the ocean. Flagler Ave has so many bars , restaurants and shops. Love to just walk the beach! This is our 3rd year and plan on coming back to Win-San every year, thank you!!

We’ve been coming to Win-San for almost 40 years and love it! The smaller amount of units makes it much easier to access our unit from the pool or beach. Our condo is beautifully furnished and has everything we need in the kitchen. Love the location too. So many restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance. Our family rents about 10 units the same week for a fantastic family reunion. Will definitely be back each year!

This was the best I have experienced. The booking was easy and Tara was the best. She was always available. I did have a small problem with the password for the Wi-Fi but she took care of immediately. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend booking with New Smyrna Vacation Condos. Thank you, for making this a very comfortable vacation.

Three adults and three young children thoroughly enjoyed their vacation! There was more than enough room and we had everything we needed in order to enjoy a week at the beach.
